RTS Memphis is pleased to announce that our two spring courses will be offered back to back the week of March 5-10. Join us for one or both!
In the first course, Christ-Centered Teaching, “we will explore how the grace that pervades Scripture and culminates in Christ affects textual interpretation and teaching application. We’ll dive into topics covering instruction on philosophy, exposition, message structure, and delivery. This course is designed to equip participants for a lifetime of sharing the truth of God’s word with others in a variety of different contexts.” —Dr. Robertson
In the second course, History of Christianity II, “we will explore developments in doctrine, worship, piety, and mission from the sixteenth century to the present, always with an eye to the practice of ministry. Our goal isn’t simply to have a set of names, dates, and places (as important as they may be) but rather demonstrable growth in pastoral wisdom, which is a key goal of all theological education.” —Dr. Lucas
